California Representative Darrell Issa is asking trade associations and companies for their help in pinpointing what is hurting job creation. Even with high unemployment and mortgage problems, bankruptcy filings haven’t been as high as recent years past — how could that be? Commentator Bethany McLean offers some advice to the Dodd-Frank writers and enforcers. New members of Congress will be sworn in tomorrow, and with the GOP taking the majority in the House, the question is how President Obama plans to deal with it.
