Write down how you felt when the stock market was going through some volatility, and the next time you feel like taking on a risky investment … read it back to yourself.
Even better? Why not take a video of yourself, give it to your spouse or family member – when the market’s recovered, make them give you the tape and watch how you felt at the moment the market was, well, in the toilet.
