Yesterday a Spanish court threw out Apple’s 2010 lawsuit against tablet maker, Nuevas Tecnologias y Energias Catala (NT-K). The relatively tiny device maker wasn’t allowed to sell its tablets in Spain, because Apple, in a bout of suing hysteria, said the tablets looked too similar to the just-released iPad. NT-K is now taking Apple to court for lost sales.
