Apple and Samsung have been suing each other all over the world over pretty much every aspect of each other’s shiny, flat mobile devices. “Yours looks like mine.” “Oh yeah, well the button on yours is round like mine.” Consider this the dimmest bit of light at the end of a very black tunnel.
Reuters reports: “In a court filing late on Monday, both companies agreed to the settlement conference. U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh on Tuesday then referred the companies to a San Francisco-based magistrate judge who will lead the talks.”
The talks will include both companies’ CEOs.
