We received the sad news yesterday that filmmaker and screenwriter Nora Ephron has passed away.

She left behind her a legacy of romantic comedy classics, like “Sleepless in Seattle” and “When Harry Met Sally.”

Here to talk with us in today’s Mid-day Extra about the rise and fall of the romantic comedy is Scott Beggs, managing editor of Film School Rejects.
