U.K. judge rules against Apple in infringement case
This final note today, which I guess is the corporate equivalent of a teacher making you write “I will not lie” 100 times.
A judge over in the U.K. ruled against Apple the other day in a design infringement case. He said Samsung in fact did not copy Apple’s iPad.
The punishment? Apple has to post a notice on its British website for six months saying Samsung was in the clear. Has to run ads in British papers, too. And maybe stay after school too, or something.
