The Greek parliament votes today on whether to send as many as 25,000 government workers into a so-called “labor reserve.” The vote comes as Greece faces pressure from other euro zone countries and the International Monetary Fund to tighten its public sector spending. Thousands of Greeks took to the streets yesterday and today to protest the measure.
