That’s the median expected retirement age. A new Gallup poll found 37 percent of people expected to retire after 65, a portion that has been growing for decades, especially after 2009. In contrast, about two thirds of retired people surveyed sad they stopped working before turning 65.

The Atlantic notes, the satirical newspaper is in the pretty much the exact same predicament as the news organizations it mimics. The Onion hasn’t actually been in print for years; instead it’s building verticals and selling branded content as it tries to stay afloat, even profitable, online.
