Revamping Penn Station in New York

That’s at least how much money will be spent to revamp Penn Station in New York. Slated for completion in three years, the project will also create new shopping areas on 7th and 9th avenues. As Gothamist reports, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo included several insults to the current Penn Station layout in his announcement of the remodel.

That’s the length of television commercial being tested by Turner Broadcasting, whose cable channels include TNT, TBS, CNN and Cartoon Network. The reason? Viewers are increasingly annoyed by short commercial after short commercial after short commercial.
