I don’t think the International Olympic Committee understands the way the internet works.

The social media rules for the Games include this: “The use of Olympic Material transformed into graphic animated formats such as animated GIFs or short video formats such as Vines and others, is expressly prohibited.”

Of course, it’s already begun. How’re they gonna stop it?
