Donald Trump has little fondness for big global institutions. He’s cast doubt on America’s role in NATO, and World Bank and IMF experts have expressed anxiety about his position toward those groups.  But the one institution from which he has flatly threatened to withdraw is the World Trade Organization. Would that help or hurt American trade?
