What would Dow 20,000 actually mean?

The Dow Jones Industrial Average did not close above the 20,000 mark Wednesday. That stock index milestone may not happen this week, next month or next year. Nobody really knows. And even if it does happen, Dow milestones don’t actually say all that much about the economy or the future of your investments.
