Labor Day is coming up, and we’re wondering what labor organizing looks like in 2017.

Are you a worker in the gig economy? Are you a freelancer or an independent contractor?

We want to hear your opinions about your rights as a worker — or your right to work — as we come upon another annual holiday recognizing the history of the labor movement.

Do you think collective bargaining would benefit you in your line of work? Or make things difficult? Would joining a union benefit you or harm you?

Share your thoughts with us on Twitter and  Facebook. You  can email the team at Weekend@marketplace.org, where you can also send us your voice memos, or give us a call at 800-648-5114. Or, you can simply comment below.
