Big names like McDonald's and Jamba Juice have tossed polystyrene cups.
The Rumpke Recycling center in downtown Dayton, Ohio. Rumpke is currently upgrading its facilities for processing single-stream recycling in the area—but says it can't use most paper cups.

After Fred Jones lost a truckload of overheated chickens, he invented the refrigerated truck. Jones was self-taught, but took out 60 patents in his lifetime.

Target customers protest the closing of their local store this past Saturday in Trotwood, Ohio.  Residents organized a "shop-in" to display the town's buying power.  But Target plans to close this store, and 7 others across the country, on May 3rd.
