Rep. Brady on tax reform: 'We're going to get this done this year'

The chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee believes the government won't shut down Friday.

"We bounce back from recessions like no other country does. But not this last time," said Rep. Kevin Brady, chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee.
